Duo Family Santa is a competitive holiday-themed game in which Steve and Alex battle each other in a merry race for the Lucky Block before the time runs out. The longer you hold the Lucky Block than your opponent, the more chances you get to win. To the players' advantage are the socks they can pick up for a little cash, and there are also other rewards for destroying your opponent.
Duo Family Santa players, both of them, want to get to the Lucky Block first, and so make a mad dash across the map. The minute one player touches it, the countdown becomes the most important thing because the one who is still holding the block when time is up wins the round. The fun part is to keep on doing the right movements, making the right calls, and timing things just right as you trick the other player, take the block back, or guard it when it's yours. Socks lying around the map for collection give players bonus money, a great reason not to stop even when they are hunting for the block. One match turns into a mix of pursuing, escaping, and tactical movement where every single second is of great value.
