T-Rex Runner has 2 major types of obstacles: cacti and flying pterodactyls. Avoid collision with them at all costs; otherwise, your run ends instantly.
Click or tap on the screen to begin. The T-Rex will start running automatically once you click/tap the screen. Very soon, the first cactus plants appear; be prepared to dodge them all, and don’t let your dino fall at the very start.
Jump over the obstacles. Press the up arrow key/spacebar (or click the left mouse button on your PC), or tap the screen (on mobile) to make the T-Rex jump over cactus plants. Time your jumps well to avoid landing on the obstacle and falling down.
Dodge flying pterodactyls. Colliding with any of them will end your run right away. In T-Rex Runner, pterodactyls can fly at different heights: low or high. To avoid low-flying ones, jump over them to avoid being hit. For high-flying ones, simply keep running without jumping.
Maintain focus as speed increases gradually. Your T-Rex’s movement progressively speeds up, making it harder to master the control and react perfectly. Focus is the key, so stay sharp and adapt well to the increasingly fast pace.
Keep going for high scores. Your score increases the longer you stay alive in this running game. There’s no finish line, and as long as your T-rex character runs, the score keeps going up. So, just keep running and beat your previous best!
